Now that your itinerary is selected you will need to contact the selected wineries to notify them of our visit. Most wineries no longer allow for us to provide notifications of the groups we bring and prefer to have direct contact with your group leader. Most wineries no longer allow what would be considered true 'reservations' but they do appreciate or require, as the case may sometimes be, an advanced call. This allows the wineries to be aware that your group is visiting.

If you DO NOT notify the wineries in advance we may be turned away from the selected venues. If this occurs we will have to attempt to find suitable substitutes on the fly, which during the busy wine season can lead wasted time, or visiting venues you did not wish to visit, and overall this can lead to a to a very unfortunate day.
