- Full-time position in our Charlottesville office
- Flexible scheduling available during the week
- Weekend hours required

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online reservation systems
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist with custom itinerary - design and implementation
- Provide support to chauffeurs, clients, and affiliates as dispatcher on Friday and/or Saturday afternoons/evening shifts
- Work well in a fast-paced, high-energy office environment
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Capability to use current technology
- Natural problem solving skills
- Good organizational skills
- Attention to detail

- Ability to stay on top of multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of the area is a plus
