Travel Protection is not automatically added when this form is submitted.

All requests are reviewed by our team to confirm eligibility based on service type, reservation date, and timing requirements.

Submitting this form does not guarantee approval.

If approved, a team member will confirm in writing and process the Travel Protection fee.

Eligibility Requirements (Read Carefully)

To qualify for Travel Protection:

✔ Your reservation must have been made on or after August 1, 2023

✔ Travel Protection must be requested at the time of booking or at least 90 days before the scheduled service date

✔ Your service must not be:

If your reservation does not meet these requirements, Travel Protection cannot be added.

If approved and purchased:

Travel Protection costs 10% of your total service price
The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable
If you cancel at least 24 hours before pickup (local time):
- Payments toward your service (excluding the 10% fee) may be issued as a credit
- Credits are valid for 365 days from your original service date
- Credits hold a fixed dollar value
- Credits apply to current rates at the time of rebooking
- Price differences may apply
Once a cancelled trip credit is used to reserve for a new service date, the new reservation is final.
