Note that our rates are inclusive of all fees and surcharges for a city of Charlottesville pick up. If you are being picked up outside of Charlottesville a surcharge will be added by one of our team members based on your exact location. Ask us if you have questions about your location. The outside of Charlottesville surcharge is applied after your reservation is made. Due to ABC regulations we are not allowed to pay for tasting fees. Those fees must be paid directly to the wineries.
Cancellations must be made 2 months in advance unless otherwise requested and noted. Full balance is due if cancellation is made within 2 months of tour. If you cancel within 2 months of your tour we will attempt to rebook your vehicle and tour and if we are able we will issue you a refund. If you cancel within two months and we are not able to rebook your tour then you are responsible for the entire bill.

Your Wine Trail Guide will escort you to some of the best wineries in the area and will customize the tour to suit your wine preferences. Charlottesville pick up is provided, other locations incur a surcharge. Additional time after 5 hours billed at $69/hr
Wine Tour for up to 6
Reserve a 5 hour tour for up to 6 people in one of our full size SUVs. Your Wine Trail Guide will escort you to some of the best wineries in the area and will customize the tour to suit your wine preferences. Charlottesville pick up is provided, other locations incur a surcharge. Additional time after 5 hours billed at $79/hr

Reserve a 5 hour tour for up to 14 people in one our Vans/Coaches. Your Wine Trail Guide will escort you to some of the best wineries in the area. Charlottesville pick up is provided, other locations incur a surcharge. Reservations are required for most groups of 7+. We can provide an upgrade which includes a custom designed itinerary and reservations or you can make winery reservations on your own. Additional time after 5 hours billed at $109/hr
