Travel Protection Plan & Credit Policy
Overview
Effective August 1, 2023, you may choose to purchase a Travel Protection Plan for 10% of your total service cost. This optional plan allows eligible reservations to be canceled and converted into a credit for future use, subject to the terms below.
The Travel Protection Plan must be:
Added at the time of booking (within 24 hours of making a reservation), or
Added at least 90 days prior to the scheduled service date
Travel Protection cannot be added within 90 days of service unless it is selected at the time the reservation is originally made.
Services Not Eligible for Travel Protection
The Travel Protection Plan is not available for:
Wedding or wedding-related transportation
Airport transfers
These services are governed by separate cancellation policies.
Travel Protection Credit Policy
If you have purchased the Travel Protection Plan and elect to cancel your reservation:
Payments made toward the service, excluding the 10% Travel Protection fee, may be issued as a credit.
Credits may be redeemed for up to 365 days from the original scheduled service date.
Credits retain a fixed dollar value equal to the amount paid toward the original service.
Important Conditions
The 10% Travel Protection fee:
Is non-refundable
Is non-transferable
Does not apply toward any future balance
Credits:
Are issued to the original contracting party
Apply only to the original reservation
Cannot be re-protected with additional Travel Protection when redeemed
To qualify for a credit, cancellations must be submitted in writing to

at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time (local pickup time)
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice:
Do not qualify for credits
Do not receive refunds
Partial Cancellations
Partial cancellations (including removal of vehicles, hours, or services) are not refundable.
If Travel Protection was purchased, partial cancellations may be converted to a credit only for the canceled portion, subject to the same Travel Protection terms.
If Travel Protection was not purchased, standard cancellation policies apply, and no refunds or credits will be issued.
Redeeming a Travel Protection Credit
Credit Value & Rates
Credits hold a fixed dollar value.
Credits are applied to the current rates in effect at the time of the new booking.
Rates may be higher or lower than the original reservation.
Credits are not a guarantee of the same service, pricing, or fees as the original booking.
Any remaining balance is due using your preferred payment method.
Unused credit balances:
Are not refundable
Cannot be applied as a gratuity
May be applied toward fuel surcharges
Availability
All rescheduled reservations are subject to availability at the time of request.
Finality of Redeemed Bookings
Once a new reservation is confirmed using a credit:
The booking is final
It cannot be canceled, changed, rescheduled, or refunded
Travel Protection can only be purchased on original booking and is only applicable once
Credits may be applied toward any service type
The original confirmation number must be referenced when redeeming credits
Additional Terms
No refunds are issued for cancellations.
Once reserved, dates cannot be changed or rescheduled outside of Travel Protection terms.
For reservations made using a deposit link, the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file on the next business day.
